The computer

Each computer is an Ubuntu Desktop in Frankfurt that you open in your browser. You install your agent on it. Agent subscriptions, model usage, and connected services are separate. Current sizes and prices are shown when you create a computer.

Billing

Each computer is a monthly subscription, charged on the day you create it and the same day each month after. Prices are before tax; Paddle, our reseller, adds sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout and sends the receipts.

Stop, cancel, and delete

Stopping a computer ends its running processes and keeps its files. It does not cancel the monthly subscription.

Cancel the subscription from the computer's page, which opens it in Paddle. Nothing more is charged, and the computer is deleted when the paid period ends. Once canceled, you can also delete it straight away by typing its name; the rest of the period isn't refunded. Deleting erases the computer and every file on it.
